Warranty Info

Your one year warranty starts the day of completion and covers all parts, labor, and workmanship, and ends one full calendar year after completion date . Accidental tears, marring, and screen material ripping away from the frame that is not caused by natural weather conditions and occurrences are not covered under the warranty. We highly suggest that if you have dogs to slowly introduce them to your new patio and show them the proper way to exit through the door. The screen material is very transparent, and they will not visualize the difference when entering into the yard. If you have a dog door installation, please use the same precautions in showing them the yard. Although we do not charge much to repair any damages done by pets, children, the owner, or guests, there will be a $50 trip fee to visit and assess the damages incurred not covered by our warranty.
