Initial Consultation
Planning and Design
- Initial consultation after your pictures are sent to discuss your vision, size, shape, and intended use of the patio
- Site assessment to evaluate sunlight exposure, existing landscape features, and drainage patterns
- Design layout and added customizations (see options below)
Enclosure Timeline
Site Preparation
Remove all hanging lights, decor, and debris. Move all patio items to the middle of the patio. Reschedule landscapers, move all plants and pots.
Frame/Base Installation
Hand painted exterior protective coated wood framing, to provide a solid foundation and easy to clean structure.
Screen Installation
Screen material selected is applied to the wooded frame and then trimmed with pre painted color selected wood.
Door Installation
Door(s) pre painted, include door handles, lock,door pump closure. During consultation it will be established if you would like Double Doors, Dog/cat Door, additional doors. *custom fees apply
Finishing Touches/Cleaning and Inspection
Clean the work area and patio surface and inspect for any defects.
Final Walk Thru/After Photos
Review the finished project with us and receive care instructions.
Payment Options
We accept all forms of digital payments like Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Apple Pay and Cash. Personal or Business checks are not accepted.
We back every installation with a full one-year warranty on all parts, labor, and workmanship.
